We typically process orders within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping usually takes 3-7 business days depending on your location within the continental United States.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day return policy for most items in their original, unused condition. Please note that personalized or custom-made gifts are final sale and cannot be returned unless they arrive damaged.
Can I include a personalized gift message with my order?
Absolutely! During the checkout process, you will see a 'Gift Message' field. We will print your message on a premium card and include it inside the package at no extra cost.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover), as well as digital payment options like PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, Gift It Gray only ships to addresses within the United States and Canada. We are working on expanding our shipping capabilities to more international destinations soon.
